The Inter-County Leader in Frederic relaunched its website, leadericcpa.com, on Oct. 29 and is allowing users to check it out without the paywall until Nov. 11.
Old reader logins and passwords can’t be used on the site, editor Robert Tabern said in a Nov. 5, 2025 article announcing the website’s relaunch. Users will need to create a new account to use the relaunched site.
“I want to thank our company president, Richard Lee, for reviewing various web design companies and ultimately choosing a partnership with Circle Media Solutions,” Tabern wrote in the article.
“I am truly very happy with our new website and, more importantly, I think you, as our reader, will be leased with the improvements too,” Tabern wrote. “I think it’s a step in the right direction as we march closer to the Leader’s 100th anniversary in 2033.”

Established in 1939, Wisconsin Community Papers (WCP), now 76 years old, is one of the oldest free community paper associations in the country and a leader in the industry.
